Guests included City of Port Phillip Mayor, councillors, staff, Aunty Judith ‘Jacko’ Jackson, Ngwala Aboriginal Corporation, Salvation Army, Southport Community Housing, Southern Metro Region police, Southside Community Foundation, local schools.
